The Hard Parts About Being the Only Designer
For me, what felt most difficult was to advocate design by myself. You have to do a lot of work as the only designer on a team. It's really hard to keep up with everything that needs to be done and deliver on different pillars at the same time. And another part that i've experienced is more on the emotional side. If you want, it can feel very lonely to be the only designer in a company. So you feel like your doing all the work, maybe unappreciated cause there's no one to cheer for you.
