There isn't a difference in ou rates. Rigt, the difference isn't injury risks. So depending on the person that may dictate that. And i think you don't want to change the stress that you're putting on your joints or in your training load too too vastly or too greatly just for the sole reasone changing your foot strike because you're going to be faster. That is coming back a any clinic. I know itit may not be as common now, but a couple of years ago,. have you seen people that a why changed their foot strike and all of a sudden something negative came out of it?
