When we were doing this at busfeed back in 20 12, 20 13, 20 14, 20 15, i kept waiting for other publishers to realize that this was a huge opportunity for them to invest. And it's really only been in the last few years that i've seen the biggest publishers in this space make a huge investment in emal. The revenue side of things has really pushed the industry forwardd brought about a lot of these changes for the better. I'm not surprised that organizations have gotten there because it's just so useful and so powerful.
