Introduction

This chapter explores the challenging task of diagnosing posterist stroke and managing dizzy and vertiginous patients in the emergency department, with a focus on thorough investigation and not missing central causes. It also discusses the recently published evidence-based guidelines for care in the emergency department called Grace three, acknowledging its complexity.
