Most natural lifters do need more volume than old school high intensity training approach, re just do one set five past failure and then rest for two weeks. If someone says it's all about intensity, you maximise intensity, you'll maximise results. But if i'm trying to maximize volume on a set by set basis, like, i'm going to train like a whim so i can get more total volume in. And then, you know, oftentimes you'll have sub standard resultsa.
