Trevor: Uranium itself is up about 10 or 12% year to date for 2022. The entire fuel cycle has made a huge move and what comes next is uranium especially right now because the UF6 market is thin. Utilities in the west that are signing Western enrichment contracts they have to buy uranium. We expect an extremely robust long-term contracting year for 2023. This year 112 million pounds the largest volume in long-term contracts that we've seen for uranium since 2012.
