How Much Muscle Numbers Are Down in the River Thames?

Zoologist Isabelle Olad set out to replicate a study from over half a century ago. Alarmingly she found muscle numbers were down 95% with some species disappearing completely. Muscles are one of the most threatened animal groups globally and but in the UK we really have very little information about how they're doing.
