Is There a Superuser in Organizational Charts?
In the book, i think there's a section where you talk about how this role of a super user, which in some ways is analogous toike design technology. I'm hearing every single day in my in box, somebody privately telling me at their firm are household name firms, top 20 firms. Or these well known firms are having book clubs using the book. I don't think the org charts are changing as nobody knows exactly what's going to happen moving forward. All my books have tried to anticipate the next five to ten years. And right now we need to act in real time, but not act in the sense of doing what we are always doing. We have to fight.
