Start from the status co to say, oh, what customers are we serving? It's these customers. Ok, so we serve them. Now, what outcomes are we producing? Ok, well, we've been selling about the same amount to the customers, not growing very much. So our problem is, we wish we were growing as fastor faster than others, and we aren't. That would then tell you what to pay attention to. And this gets back to the dependent variable. They'll do whatever they want. You can't make them do anything, anything.
