Sapier's Lifecycle - How Did You Make That Transition?

Sapier has made a transition from intuition and instinct to data driven, either iteration or experimentation. We know when sapier's lifecycle did you start making that transition, and how have you incorporated the data driven decision making into what you do? I mean, we've always tried to use the data that we have at hand, but at a certain point you have to just draw a line and say, ok, we got to go. You dont sense weretalking about pricing a little but we can use pricing as a good example of this.
