The Legal Situation of Open Source Software

Red Hat has been accused of violating the terms of their open source software license. The company says it is only giving people access to binary code for a particular version, not all versions. But that doesn't mean you don't have access to the source code for the version already in use. It just means you won't get it for updates in the future - and that's legal as far as I can tell.
