How to Manage Your Energy Level
People dh d tend to have certain certain levels of energy at certain parts of the day. If you get to understand those different types of energy that you er, that you are dealing with every day, you are a lot more likely to be able to manage that. So let's talk about the three types of energy levels. And these are names that i've given them. You can call them whatever you want. The first one is genius. Because your genius one is that period of your day when you are able to focus. Even if you're doing something that you really love, that really captures your attention, that speaks to your strength, you can actually hyper pocus in your genius zone
