Whitney: I would love to introduce today Paul Fishman, the self-love coach. So can you tell us a little bit about kind of your story and how you got to becoming a self-love Coach?Paul: My stories started, my self-love journey started before I knew it was a self-Love journey. It really took me like eight years of journeying through this path of honoring and valuing myself to realize that that's what I was doing.
