What's the Difference Between Federal and State Jurisdiction?
D o j has asserted sdiction in order to prosecute people for absolutely trivial, but politically motivated offences. One thing they re doing that is unusual is the federal government is asserting concurrent jurisdiction to prosecute offenses. So i know there's some one in portland who is simultaneously being prosecuted by mulnoma and also the federal government for allegedly throwing some accelerate on a police building. And so it is very curious that written house who quite clearly did something that would, you know, fall under federal jurisdiction, is not being federally charged.
