Dou Star One - What Led You to Dostar One?
Dostar: I've been hovering around in the medaguf slack for quite some time. The dowstar a effort came, at least in part, out of the gove base effort. We were trying to collect more data about how people actually do govern themselves on line. And so it turned out that you really can't expect an organization to do what a human or even a piece of sophoor might do when you asked them who are you like? Howare you constituted? Dostar: It made sense to turn this into a different architecture, one where it was normal or even standardized for an organization that wanted to be participatory.
