How Cosmetics Are Regulated in USA
The Modern Sation of Cosmetics Regulation Act or MoCRA, because that is a mouthful. It expanded FDA authority and gave them what's the word I'm looking for: authority when it comes to things that were voluntary in the past. The states have taken to with their ability to ban certain cosmetic ingredients,. And then also the topic of preemption. When you have a federal law, usually preemption state laws that contradict with the federal law.
