Meditation is not a race. There's no finished line. Meditation is a process of slow healing and bringing sense of infinite peace to the heart and mind. Breathe naturally, then just rest in its awareness. Drop all your other thoughts and feel the blessings from the mantrathe mantras are very portent. When you're doing this meditation at home, you can simply do three mantres, recite the mantresthree times, seven times, 21 times, or the full hundred eight beads, each time reciting the mantre.
