The Alexander Technique
The alexander technique teaches us how to stop that habit from filling the space so that this something else can happen. You first have to empty out the thing that is happening, and then you can put more in. In other words, our birthright thing, the reflex actions of our postoral system, the natural responses of the e physical and our coordination, to be able to go into play because they're not being interfered with. Those things are our birthright. Unfortunately, they get a little bit twisted up and they get interrupted. And so we have to learn how to take out those interruptions and those twists. That's our inhibition work in the alexander Technique.
