I do feel very very strongly about the desire which I very strongly had myself to have my own children. But we have strong feelings about all kinds of things some of which the state needn't let's say indulges in. With some illnesses what we'retalking about is relieving pain or allowing people to lead a normal life. Here we're talking about psychological yearning it may not be physical pain that the infertile couple feels. It can break up their marriages it can produce severe permanent depression so it really is like trying to weigh up mental illness against physical illness.
