Ben Fiddick's Bar in Tokigawa

Ben Fiddick is a bartender at Nishiazabu in Shinjuku, Japan. He uses herbs and other botanicals that he actually picks up from his farm in Tokigawa. The bar also has stained glass lamps hanging from the ceilings with deer taxidermy on them. Ben hopes to spark interest in local lumber trade by using locally produced wood.
