How to Be a Successful VC Founder
I wouldn't want to have a do over. I'm very happy with my life and the way it's played out. The number one thing to me is openness. Founders have to be incredibly persistent and focused and driven. They have to lead, but at the same time they have to listen. And so intellectual honesty is incredibly important. Okay. Three things you look for in a founder. Yeah.
