The Law Commission's Consultation on NFTs
The law hasn't really got to grips with how it views NFTs, one of the preliminary basic questions is whether NFTs are property. The law commission issued a consultation paper back in July of 2022 about this issue and about digital assets. It recommended that NFTs and other types of crypto assets should be treated as they all describe as a third category of property.
