This padcast isn't some magic trick about how to work less. Instead, it's about how to really enjoy the work that you do and to enjoy your vacation time. One of my favourite articles is called, never trust a silent customer. In new zealand, where we live, people don't tend to complain that much. If you're never going to go back to the cafe or restaurant again, what's the point of complaining?
