How to Run a Marathon

Find your race pace for me has been first having to have my legs be tired and then kind of doing marathon specific training. Pre-emptively taking those fluids and importantly, as you mentioned, the carbohydrates through through some ingestion there as well. Take in bottles even at three miles, six miles, even though I'm not thirsty at all, but it's like that's banking the carbs and fluid you need later on.
