i want to unpack a little bit more of this relationship between emotions and beliefs, because sometimes i think they can be used synonymously. Your thoughts aren't actually what create your actions. It's the emotion that creates your actions. We do all sorts of crazy things to avoid feeling our feelings. Most of this entire process o for most people, like 90 % of this is unconsciously happening,. And i feel like so many people in to day's world, and probably thoughout history, are not aware of this iceberg under the surface.
