The Emotional Bias in AI Generating Texts

There's this positivity bias or emotional bias that often occurs with that AI produces compared to humans. This definitely might be beyond the scope of what you do, but does that have to do with the training sets that they're being trained on? Or is it implemented on purpose? Is there a way for us to know that? Could be the training data could also be like the programmers say humans will respond more positively when you are positive to it, right? We really don't know.
