i would say that there are no good or bad foods. They're just different. Anda by understanding those differences, we are empowering ourselves to make more informed choices. We always finish our food for thought and with a food for thought which makes perfect sense. But i have to wrap up this episode, and i'm so sad about it, because i feel like we could discuss a whole lot more. It's the last thing you do say graham, it's difficult to give general advice beyond public health guide lines. Are from our logical or physiological needs. Everything is so intrinsically unique.
