Microsoft is allowing cloud solution providers to sell their end customers one in three year subscriptions for things like Windows Server, remote desktop services and so on. There is a big asterisk here though, and that is that it doesn't apply to Alibaba, AWS, GCP or Azure. Nobody's really bringing their own Windows license toAzure as far as I know.
