Most people create their life unconsciously and they don't know until they bring the unconscious to the conscious so they can make a change consciously that they want to in their life. For some people, it might be a massive change. It might be, I need to completely change every part of my life. My business or my career is complete shit but for other people, it may be little teeny tiny adjustments to realign themselves. If you feel like you've been stuck for a while, you've plateaued in any place your life, it's because you're out of alignment with your true self.
