Feeling the Body While Doing Things
We spend a lot of time running loops of thoughts, just endless thoughts of the same manner. We rarely have constructive, functional cognitive flow that reached a conclusion and is useful for us. Feeling the body while doing things is a very powerful thing. And immediately, it can be applied non a more progmatic level. I recommend people to start to have certain practice around different positions of the body,. Different postures like squatting as a basic way to fold the whole body. Another aspect that i put out is spinal waves. If if you want to have a good a good part that will affect a live moemen its the spine.
