The Problem With Belgium's Taxes

We pay our taxes to Belgium, the federation, but then they have to give some money to the regions. The result is that there's a constant lobbying of how much money goes to the regions more or less. In 2015, the Flemish government and the Walloon government get a letter from the tax administration saying we need 750 million euros back. Only Karin understands this problem.
