In the united states there is a very militarized understanding of moral as a work force in general. In britoin you letinitely have these sorts of parallel strands, right? Because one of the things about the national health service is that it was sort of introduced in spite of doctors, rather than because of doctors. And so therefore, the problems they face are also unique and also individualistic. Often those sorts of problems are reactions to precisely this kind of medical system.
