Observability

I think so much of what we have kind of utilized to make sense of our specific industry comes from other industries. I feel like that's sort of what we're doing when we borrow a lot of these ideas, is we don't have the vocabulary and the background of communications to actually communicate about these things that we're dealing with. We really haven't evolved this idea of observability, or at least the definition, to match the current state of the software that's out there. Let's come up with some new terms right now.
