Longs on sticks. That's a great term. Have you, is that like a term that you made up? I kind of feel like longs on sticks whenever I come back from injury or pregnancy. It's like these sticks haven't seen the road in a long, long time. But yeah, I'm cycling to get up into zone two,. especially advanced athletes like the ones that Inigo is talking about here, they're putting up a lot of watts all the time. The mechanical stress of that on the body is very, very high.
