The Death of Vaughn Taylor

Vaughn Taylor was sentenced to death in 1991 for the murder of Ralph Tita and his wife Lene. His partner, Edward Deli, received a lesser sentence of life in prison after pleading guilty to secondary murder. A federal appeals court overturned that decision last year but has since been placed back on Utah's death row. The case is now being heard by U.S. District Court Judge Tina Campbell who will decide whether or not he should be executed.
