The Power of Breathing
The effects are so immediate and so obvious that it's a bit tricky to stay on course with the direction because I get so interested in that breathing. So my suggestion is for that one to experiment with it initially lying down so you know how powerful it is. A great place to use it is say when you're walking or running or doing other things where you're not going to directly sense it.
