In a start up, it's probably goin to be the founder, right? Understanding what is that experience you want to build, not only for your customers, but also for your employees. So i think founders staying close to it in the beginning is really reall important as you start to grow. As you get larger and as you scale, it has to shift away from the founder because the founder is paying attention to too many things.
