Dr. Neiman came out with the PE diet and starts talking about this separation of these two I'm like, Oh my God, this is everything that I've been thinking this is amazing. So one thing I didn't see was how much so I started playing around with some different things and basically what I came up with are called "one to one to one" It's usually more protein than people are getting. And it because the protein is a focus not the fuel, they tend to get full but lower their calories at the same time. This kind of brings all of the things that we talk about nutrient density, bioavailability, and satiety into one little number.
