Shiratory had escaped from prison three times, and he had been convicted of committing other crimes in addition to that first robbery and murder during his escape. He hid in an abandoned mine until after the end of world war two. And then farmer caught him stealing food from the fields, and shiratory stabbed him. But a court ruled that shiritory really had stabbed the farmer in self defence after he had escaped from abashery prison. His sentence was reduced to 20 years in prison, and he was released in 19 61.
