I would say 120 is about a natural limit for neurons without replacing them. I think we're not so far off being able to keep different organs alive, replace tissues and so on. Why wouldn't you want to live forever? My wife would kill me if I lived forever. At some point, Doctor, who will be cancelled, and then what's the point? So...
