Is Conte a Little Bit More Flexible?
Conte's side are currently playing in a three-at-the-back formation. I think the central defenders, they've got in particular, do a suit of three more. The wingbacks are obviously so important to the way that Conte likes to play but it doesn't feel like he's quite got the quality to implement it. It could be another way to try and get players forward - maybe moving to a 4-3-3.
