Logan: The Saudi Arabian, Arizona alfalfa farms are getting water from a river that's over allocated for basically free. He says they're growing one of the most thirsty forage crops in a desert to ship the food halfway around the world to feed cows. "The American taxpayer is paying for it," he adds. Logan also wants more restrictions on palm oil production and beef cattle ranches.
