Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were convicted of espionage for helping the Soviets develop the atomic bomb. After hours of deliberation, there's still one holdout - a middle-aged father with two young children. The head juror tries to convince him that his objection is entirely sentimental. He eventually changes his vote from not guilty to guilty. Judge Kauffman sentenced both Rosenbergs to death in March 1951.
