Bitcoin whales are wallets that hold the most amount of Bitcoin. About two and a half million Bitcoin are on exchanges, but how much is to each user? We don't know. Gary Gensler has made it pretty clear that Bitcoin is not a security in his eyes after teaching at MIT and all this other stuff.
