The Power of Charisma in Bill Clinton

Charisma is a mystery and Bill Clinton is one of those people who has it. He had big soft, warm hands that were constantly touching people. Part of it was the way he was able to make you feel that you were the only person in the room. And I think that is a part of his personality that plays into that charisma.
