Greta Gerwig and Noah Baumbach's Jokes

Greta Gerwig and Noah Baumbach are talented writers. All those jokes are like a lot of real world not implications but they don't ever feel rude or pointed. They're very much like holding a mirror up to you then you'll have a great time. I just like Gregor because it's right like skyrocket my list of favorite directors. Lady Bird has a similar thing of like being a January very funny film but then also hitting you emotionally which I just never expected. Margot Robbie is phenomenal so it's such a hard role to pull off the transformation she goes on to be this kind of character who's not ditzy or stupid or like airheaded in any way
