This is a 49 year old male. He was diagnosed with vestibular neuritis and he was treated with some asteroids. 15 days before presentation, this vertigo persisted. And now he has nausea and occipital headache that then progresses to a global headache in an intensity of 8 to 10, 8 over 10. Yes, there's no cosmetic of history relevant, no diseases. He doesn't take any medications. Yeah, nothing else relevant in past medical history.
