How to Run a Business When You're Out of Business
When he first started, I very much hands-on in the business. We have been constantly trying to pack up those hats away. My role is around the account. Just keep a hand on the figures. It's so easy to lose a lot of times without knowing your numbers and seeing where you're at. To do quite a lot of around accounts work,. that's one of my key weaknesses at the moment is that I am in danger of becoming an account administrator. So running the account is operating the business.
