"There is a certain element of the un reconstructed bum not as something to be condemned and wailed over," he says. "It's always jokes at the expense of oneself it has an element of malice in it." He adds that even doctors have moral scruples, but they can't pass judgment on their patients by words. The doctor must feel with his own dark side if he wants to guide another or accompany him  he never feels it when he passes judgment whether he puts his judgments into words.
