You have to remember that you made mistakes as you grow up through the ranks. It's normal to make mistakes. You don't want em to repeat that mistake and grope with and from it. Doing the mistake once is fine. Take doing a mistake twice. I do not say, ah, lie to me once, shame on me. Al on you. Li me to twie, shame on us. So ther something with the mistake you have to let them do the mistake once. And i guess it's, it's the balance of, like, when you should intervene and when you shouldn't.
